As the design lead, I guided the transformation of Unity's Documentation system into a user-friendly platform. This process involved conducting research, understanding user needs, and facilitating team collaboration. As a result, we achieved a more intuitive and efficient documentation experience.

The system for managing the import of documents and metadata, likened to a Frankenstein's monster, was outdated and unstable. There was a need to replace it with a new, more efficient solution.
